Wanted: CNC Tube Forming of 1/4" OD Stainless Tube

Does anyone offer or have any contacts who are able to offer CNC tube bending of ¼” stainless steel tubing?

The batch size is pretty small - circa 20pcs of 25cm length. ISO 9001 certification needed. If so, please U2U me!
