TV picture

How do i sort this out, my TV picture doesn't fit the screen if that makes sense, it's worse(as in you notice) when the credits/names of people come on screen, example, i was watching IOM closer last night and the names came up on left of screen as uy Martin and on the right as ian hutchin, it's done it since new, the aspect is set to auto and it makes no difference if i change it manualy, the tv is a panasonic vierra plasma not sure on exact model, any ideas?

don't know exactly how on your tvs remote (might be a button with a picture of a box with 4 arrows pointing out the sides?)
if you have sky, press the TV button, then the help button, that should change it, then press sky again

don't write OT on a new thread title, you're creating the topic, everything you write is very much ON topic!

Top man, that seems to have sorted it, it's only taken 10 years
