I have a 2.0 ltr Cavalier GLSi. I get nearly 30 MPG. Wow! Better than the Golf GTis I've had. They only got about 20 around town. Not quite
as quick though.

The ultimate caravaners car for my mum. A diesel Volvo V70 estate automatic. Perfect for towing things like cars though. Also a Subaru Impreza WRX
Bugeye with slightly improved looks by Morette headlamps.
Adam
P.S. Macspeedy, you couldn't get a discount superchip for my mums volvo could you, we were thinking of getting one to improve the torque

If we're advertising, I've got a MKII Golf Driver on an F plate for sale. It's got a Bonrath badgeless grille, Grille spoiler,
replacement Weber with K&N panel filter, manual choke conversion, clear indicators and clear repeaters. £350 ono. Oh, and two rovers, but
you'd not like them. No one else does.

VW Passat 4Motion
Exciting - not on your life.
Capable - oh yess. Fab tow car and can do 50mpg and grunts along like a good thing.
Although a 320D ES would be a good thing next time around.
