It has to be Belgium if only be for the great tobacco fight going on every year.
Belgian law prohibits the use of tobacco advertisement on cars-uniforms etc...
We inherited this from the enviroment morons who were part of the government for a blue monday.

I think the good circuits have to be the ones that you 'know' even if you've never been to them. everyone know's monaco, and while not necessarily a great track, i'd love to drive it

the old nurburg ring as mentioned by joel is good too, is it called the norstlaffe or something?

your inconclusively, Ned

I used to be pretty good at Monaco in GT3
Cool track esp because it gives schuey the willies.
It's the least sanitised track used in F1 i think and that makes it special.
I've not got much personal experience of tracks though. I should make the effort to go to more motorsport events.
Ned, can you get me into any of the events you go to?

I watched CHAMP car racing from Laguna Seca (sp?) last night, on Sky.

My, it's fun watching high-power open-wheelers trying to get round that "Corkscrew" corner! For a brief moment they have next to no grip as they go over the top...

I'd love to see F1 racing there, at least once - probably not high-profile enough for Bernie Ecclestone.

David

The corkscrew is brilliant, really tricky to get just right.

Mackie,

I'm at silverstone this saturday for the last 2 races of the season, not sure if we have any spare tickets though as the tight ar** are only ginving 2 or 3 tickets per entry these days, the number of times i've hid in the toilet of the camper as we go in so we have an extra ticket

Ned.
