Bluetooth handsfree warranty question
I bought a motorola h17 bluetooth headset back in December of 2011. It stopped working in march 2012 and the shop replaced it with another one free
of charge although they did make a bit of a fuss about it. The replacment has now broken. The question is, is the shops warranty from the date i
bought the original one or do i get another years waranty for the replacement and could i still take it back for a replacement?

I believe it's the original date unless you got some sort of receipt in 2012 (not zero pounds) which may help, although I doubt it as its the
purchase date that's important; as its from the date of purchase that the warranty starts from.
You may get more joy from the manufacturer directly though?
Cheers

Alls well that ends well. I phoned the customer services line and they agreed to replace it foc. Went to the shop and they made a huge fuss about
how it was out of warranty. I then had to ring the customer services number again in the shop and eventually they agreed. To cut a very long
fustrating story short i now have a new one. Seems the more you kick off at them the more you get No one could give me a definative answer to the
warranty length question though.
