especially t'engine
Long vid, grab a beer, feet up, enjoy...

Agreed, a nice light set of 15's would've been sufficient I reckon.

One of the best projects they have done I reckon. Obviously the 18" wheels are vastly too large for the car, though for once they are quite a
nice design.

yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

Would have been better without the boy racer stripes and oversized wheels, and better still if they had used the twin cam body shell without the
breadvan sides. Good transformation though.

Very true! I'm surprised they even had enough room to widen both seats by 2 inches to be honest.

The Europa has been one of my favorite cars since I saw Tara King driving one in the Avengers when I was a kid!

Sighhhh. Owned that car's brother for over 12 years. Two Frame off 'restorations' Two drive trains.
Final one being an R12 Gordini unit "tweaked". Far more power than even the Fabled Lotus 49 managed..
Big Deal
It was like driving a Coffin
A rebuild of Every Effing part of the excearable thing .. Twice
Complete Utter Rubbish is an Honest and very chariitable descriptor.
TV show is just a Joke. A LOT of Hype over Bugger All.
The suspension needs Total replacement /redesign Having a rear wheel pass one on the Highway TWICE Gives one pause Garbage grade
"British' Steel ...shearing... was the cause on both occaisions.. One cannot make this stuff up.

Yet another predictably negative comment...
Change the feckin record eh??
Sussed it. You said Highway and Garbage (whereas real English speakers would've said Motorway and Rubbish). Must be a spam. All makes sense now.

I'm watching to see what I can learn from their fabrication techniques as I have no training. I love what they've done: took a dream and
made it into reality. But, of course, I also hate to see a restorable Europa get cut up where a nice restoration could've (re-)made a wonderful
car for less money.
Looks to me like they might as well have cut-and-pasted the front end (with suspension) of a modernish Porsche 911.
Just sayin'
