ideal boiler pcb anyone??

Bit of a long shot but here goes before i buy a new one does anyone have a ideal m30100 pcb board mine has just gone bang! no heating and no hotwater.

If you want to see about getting the existing board repaired, try http://www.cetltd.com/ I've seen him mentioned (and posting) for years on Usenet (uk.d-i-y)

Out of interest, in a previous post there he mentioned that that model mainly fails when the transformer goes and you can often see melted plastic on the transformer casing - is that the case here?

No but my boiler parts place in Bradford has them but the ain't cheep are they
