powder coating price Glasgow?
My mower deck 4' by 2' is rusty and needed patching so I might as well get it shotblasted and powder coated. How much should I pay and any
reccomendations in central Scotland?
Cheers!

I know a good wheel restorer in the Airdrie area but I doubt she does large objects. I know an excellent sand blaster in Linlithgow who will etch
prime your object but does not do power coating. In similar circumstances (Sylva Chassis) I used Hardnose paint which I think is better than powder
coating and you can do yourself or persuade a spray painter to apply?

I cannot recommend the Por 15 hardnose enough. I have it for the last two years on my van tow bar which gets all the poo under the sun and my beloved
Sylva chassis and no degradation is evident on either. Forget the special primer, which I think is a waste of time, the etch primer is sufficient. You
can hand paint the stuff, I have done this on places I have had to renovate on the Sylva chassis due to welding after the build was complete (always a
bad idea). I would apply at least two coats. It is an isosyiaate chemical so take care. Minimum risk is using it outside with a carbon activated mask
and hand painting it. Using it indoors you must have an air fed mask.
