i read about that. is it a mining device in germany, that they had to build a new road for to move it to the next mine? only two miles at least if its the one im thinking of...

I've driven one. Awsome beast but a doddle to use.

Driver sits in a nice control cabin with a very comfortable seat and just presses a few buttons.

Controls are essentially, slew, traverse forward / back, drum arm up/down and drum speed.

I think you're right. You can make out a new earth causeway over the tarmac road. Presumably they cleared it away again afterwards.

I think we've got it now.

Our local council have used it for a speedbump, that's what they look like round here.
