Any builders on here, how long is a piece of string?
Stable block, 4 off 12'x12' each, breeze blocks, apexed roof renderd finish, roughly ££££'s ?

Go to the local brick trader and see if they have end of line stock. Mate of mine got a tremendous deal on some 9" blocks, enough to build a
massive 4 car garage.
Them probably the most expensive bit is the groundwork. Can hire a little digger and do it all yourself?
Get a brickmate and do the block work yourself.. The more you can do yourself obviously the cheaper it gets.
So the cost of materials, seconds, end of line reclaimed? Then the big cost is labour so its up to you how much you want to save.

Are you building on an existing slab of concrete, or do you need foundations, soil removal, casting of the base included?
I have built stables, if you are using hollow breeze blocks I recommend you line everything with 1/2" stockboard, as point impact if a horse
kicks out can easily punch the side out a breeze block.
When casting the floor, dont forget to put a slope on it for drainage - easiest if this is to the back and into a gutter/drain there.
The easiest way to make doors is to use 2 thicknesses of 3/4" ply screwed together with rustproof screws and then treated with preservative. I
have a book at home (if I can find it) on building stables. U2U me if you would like to borrow it and I'll post it to you
