Very nice.
I love the old mini (I meant the REAL mini). I learnt to drive, and passed my test in one.

i payed 620 and got the car and most of the bits to finish it of but for the body still have to buy one or two panels. body wise it will be a month hopefully foe it to be sound. and then the engine :-) which i'm tuning up

That certainly doesnt look too bad at all. I was tempted to do a mini before getting the se7en. I had a look at the FRA mini body conversion - full fibreglass tub job with extra light apertures in the front. They were building one with the 16V metro engine in it and were trying to get the subframe sorted for another with bike engine.

I take it you will be going for standard classic look. Keep us posted. I hope it all goes well and the tin worm hasnt gone too deep.
