Anyone with a lathe fancy making me one of these please?

Got given a free table but it needs a part making. 35mm bar, 95mm long, either nylon or delrin. Grooved down to 25mm, with a 9mm bore down the middle. Money waiting!

I can probably help depending upon urgency

I have stock material, what tolerances and finish do you need?
Does colour matter?

No urgency, any colour, the 25 can be rough and the 35 allows a mm spare anyway (it slips into a 36 housing). I can send an accurate drawing if that helps?

A drawing would certainly help.

As I wrote that, I thought a diagram is pretty essential lol. Unfortunately, it's not my forte! Best attempt -

Another member who may be able to help is "indykid".

He made a fantastic metal part hex body + M8 threaded rod for me a while ago. Resurrected a bicycle rack for my car after the original plastic part broke.

Hope you get this sorted and the table back in use.
