Well, shows what happens when you try and do somethign different after years of making the same thing! I cant imagine the box is made by morgan. I have a video here of how a traditional Morgan is made, and its all by hand, shaping wings over tree trunks and the like. You cant hand beat a gear box!


Anyway, mines just a look-alike - its really the frankenstined bastard child of a 87 granada V6!

your prob best makin your own the courtsey car (we think) apperntly quit bout half a mile from our work either dud battery or loose terminal

but w're wonderin if the new car (it looks ugly in silver) is a courtesy car or weather someones tryin to convince him they all give problems

ps his old 2+2 is up for sale yours for a small fee of £20k and cums wit a super sexy 1.6cvh

i thought you could buy em new - with a 6 year wait - for 24k or so.....


Morgan want a 500 quid deposit to get you on the waiting list - then you pay the rest 6 months before. I wonder if there is an industry selling on brand new Morgans or the places on the waiting lists?


Regarding the car - Is it just like this? Taken by yours truly at motor show 2 - 3 years ago...

and when that thing comes past you when you are stood on the pit wall your ears almost bleed...loud just don't come into it....how it passes the noise test is beyond me.

Saw the DEWALT one at Le Mans and think it was the victem of bad press saying it was ugly (still not sure about it )but it did do well .yes it is loud!

i actually like the look of it but i think the idea of the big beemer engine and dog box was a bit much its built like a track day car but god help any1 that stciks into the armco

by the way have u seen the funny rose joint/bush things on the suspension

i saw the pic first and thought "what a an ugly pig"

then went to next post and read

i did have a chuckle

has some fat bastad, sat on the nearside wing, coz the pic im looking at, it looks like the n/s headlight is pointing at the ceiling
