then they should stop trying to contorl the speed lol its more fun driving fast if we wanted to go slow we would walk

if everyone who got a speeding fine/parking ticket appealed in writing the whole system would grind to a halt in about a week, on account of the
manhours required to reply to all appeals, and the police would have no option but to stop fining people.
Maybe not the best idea for speeders, thats a safety issue, but parking attendants can take a running jump
