t series
Robin hood, uses either the T5 or MT75 on the T series in there super.
I think a adaptor plate is used but unsure on method, have you looked at LT77 or R380 boxes just may fit.

Robinhood use the MT75 box and cut it about until it fits, its not the most proffesional looking job but it does seem to work. I don't know if
they would sell to a non Superspec customer or not.
Why do you want to use the t-series, its not the best motor out there and it is quite tall for a 7-esque car.
The Superspec is considerably bigger than a Locost.

I would of thought it might connect to an MGB box as it is basically the same block as the B series ie very heavy.Maybe by using a backplate from a B
series engine.
I had considered it but a zetec and type 9 box is far easier and lighter for the same or more power.

Hi,
AFAIK the T series engine is based on the old O series engine.
You could use the Marina/Ital or Sherpa/LDV Gearbox.
I seem to remember seeing a rapid marina with one of these engines at a track day at castle coombe a few years back. Gave the Escort boys something to
think about.!!

Sherpa 2 litre petrol backplate, starter, flywheel and clutch apparently it must be the 2 litre the 1.7 won't do --- SD1 gearbox much better
ratios than the Sherpa,.
Alternatively Rover SD1 2litre back plate flywheel, clutch, starter, gearbox -- ricking horse droppins.
It is possible the bits off a Sherpa Prima diesel might also work.
