Citylink - are they working today???
Been waiting for a parcel this week and as I've been away the missus has been checking the mail every day but nothing yet.
It was supposedly on next day delivery but as soon as I was told it was the green and yellow road warriors that were doing the delivery my optimism
faded as they have never succesfully managed to deliver a package to me. Even Royal Mail managed first class post with better times that citylink
'next day' do 
I finally got the tracking number today and yes, as I thought, they supposedly came on tuesday lunchtime and again, apparently nobody was home, and
again, they supposedly left a card saying that this was the case.
Now, despite the fact that the missus was in all day on Tuesday there was no card left in the mailbox and nothing pinned to the wall or the like.
I try phoning the delivery office today and get a message saying an operator will be with me shortly. After about 5 minutes on expensive international
rates I give up as I think it unlikely that someone will answer in a reasonable time. I call the national number with no answer, I try another number
with no answer.
If you are on public holiday for the day how much hassle is it to have a phone message saying the offices are shut!!!! Barstewards

There's no answer from Cardiff.

And there was me thinking that only my area was blessed with the kind of service one only finds from shittylink! 
Never have a known such a bunch of complete tossers. When I order stuff now, I make a point of finding out who the company use as parcel ponces and
express my distaste if the canary ones are in use!
If I have to suffer those tw@ts, I make sure that I don't bother paying extra for next day etc. as they just never deliver it on time.
I find it hard to believe that a national company can employ so many useless idiots who really think we all believe that "they left a
card". Erm... bow locks, you're a lazy tosser who wants paying for doing jack $h1t! Oi, shittylink.... NO! 
Rant over.... deep breaths.
