Cavalier Alternator?

I have just said I would change the alternator for my brother's friend.

Does anybody know the correct one/part number etc? I thought, to save him some money, I would enquire as to the local motorfactors prices.
It is a 'K' reg Vauxhall Cavalier 2.0l GLS (I'm guessing 8v?)

Oh, and is it a barsteward of a job to do on a Cavalier?!

it's not a massive job, and is best tackled with as much of the inlet pipework removed to get better access.

the bosch type is adjustable for belt tension, the delco-remy is rigidly mounted and tensioned by a tensioner puley, according to haynes. mine (j plate) must therefore be a bosch type, so i'd assume a k would be too.
