Kits are for girls

Get hard core and buy some tubes and a welder.

I'd vote if there was a "driving someone elses work" option

As said, why do it quickly when you can spend months/years argueing with swmbo and burning your self with welding splatter?

ok so I am a wimp. I started with good intentions and bought the book, then just couldn't be ar$ed with all that welding and the book chassis was toooooo small so hence kit.

Respect to all those who build the chasis them selves.

Sorry Lads... Kit built here.

I'm a Bat F'stard can can barely get in a locost. (only just) Hence the Viento... Its more my size!.

Built, SVA'd, DVLA inspected and waiting for the letter in the post with the reg no and Tax disc. Been waiting over a week now.
Taxed it for May, and if it dont come today, I will want a refund for May, as I haven't got it, and its their fault.

Also wont be able to drive it to 907's bacon butty do... Will have to go in the Ally top (Landy's are not made of TIN)

So I voted built....

And am thinking of my next build already.

My welding skills are not good, and would not trust my life on it. (or others)
Just being safety concious.. not other reason.

2. Never take life seriously. Nobody gets out alive anyway.

Also building "the hardcore" scratch way. Beginning with uncle Ron’s book. Than redesign it to fit Sierra bits. More books buying and more drawings made. And in the end building an no-locost Super Seven look-a-like that is extra extra wide (1300mm). Now 88% of the work is done I wish I had a garage and don’t had to wait the rain to stop.

Scratch building is a way of living:

I have not failed once. I have successfully found ways that will not work!
