Tomtom Le Mans
Le Mans will soon be with us and my mate is toying with the idea of buying a French map for his tomtom, personally I recon it’s a total waste of £90
and am happy to use the £5 AA road atlas that I’ve always used to get there!
My question is this:
Is there anywhere or anyone that I could get a copy/download of European tomtom maps from!
Just to evaluate, honest!
Cheers
Thom

One of the nice things about the upgrade from TomTom 3 to TomTom 5 was the fact they bundled all the maps of Europe in with the upgrade - all for
about £50.
Not much help to you, though...

Not sure about the GO but the maps on the One are exactly the same as the PDA version (Tomtom 5), which can be had from usual dodgy download places.

No use to you but my mate has the Mitac Mio 168 and bought a disk off ebay containing a new OS and all the maps for Europe for under £10 including
postage. I installed it for him as he was stumped with it and he is highly delighted with it, apparently it now warns him when he is speeding though
.
yours, Pete
I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I would imagine you can get a DVD with one on ebay for not much money.

And free from Torrent sites....
Just come back from the US and used TomTom maps there - worked perfectly on my Nokia N70..
