in that case
all you have to do is go on holiday to THE GAMBIA
and buy a LICENCE for around £30
should take around 7 days and your away it covers you over here !
i bought on for that reason ! (not that i would use it ! )
also if you don't want to pay £30
take a test for £12 and if you fail just pay the bloke another £12 and guess what you have passed !
i got one as i have a house over the and they said i needed one and after i thought about it
it was a good idea !
just took a copy of my english LICENCE
and 2 photos and got one ! 
as you never know when you need it ( if you know what i mean )

The service wont exist..
And i also bet that the rule of exchange iwll be changed very soon sow that you only can have one if the country have acces to a internation
database..

i got one as its a nightmare driving over there on an english one,
they said it was not proof.
and they just wanted to make money out of you !
also classed a living there .
so stick by there rules,
not had to use it yet (over here) but one day i will,
same for over there , choose which one i need at the time
