to my brother Phil... not for what I did, as it was an accident. But for laughing uncontrolably for 10 minutes (or so) afterwards and the following
day when I saw it again...

Looks big for paintball. I'm going for squash ball - much more painful. Bet you've never hit yourself in the head with your own racket
and cut it open though That was smooooth...

Cricket ball hits look like this... (stupidly dangerous sport - I'll stick to dirt jumping and motorsport!)

put me down for squash ball! i sould know in last 3 years had one on shoulder, lower back (had to stop myself breaking racket that bad) neck, ass few
times, back of head, elbow (could see double yellow spots in the skin) sometimes i think my mate thinks we play dodge ball
