Havent i been a busy boy!

evening fellas, after spending all weekend in the garage i finally got the engine finished,(apart from a few gaskets im waiting for) ive taken a few pic's of what i've done, let me know what you think!. ive also added a few latests build pics













i am still waiting for my alloy adjustable vernier, that is why i haven't done anything with the cam pulley

who says pinto's cant be classy!

All paint is good old hammerite, just straight silver, not silver-grey (hammerite does come in this colour) i shot blasted parts, then two coats! job done!

That's a gorgeous engine. Much nicer than the new plasticy crap they offload on today's consumers.

Nice job. I like the Hi Spec 4 pots. I've got those on my Viento which is quite a bit heavier than your build will be. The stopping power is quite impressive, so should be even more so on your car.

good to see someone making progrees...

the timing belt is all rusty on the inside so I guess that is not a new one.... maybe false economy should it let go - how old/miles is it?

the engine is a 2.1 litre, N/A with twin 40's at present,(but possibly looking for 45 at the right price), FR32 cam, max flow head from vulcan racing, obviously burton rocker cover from burton power, and three spots of hammerite!
