Considering it's what I do for a living.... I still spend far too long logged on. God knows why I impose more of it on myself in my spare time!

I used to spend about 8~10 hours working then 4~6 on the car then another 2~3 on the PC everyday what with the website(s) I build and maintain. I used to regularly get 3~5 hours sleep. It caused major problems, now I try to limit myself.

i spend to many hours on the net , now i have also got a wireless laptop i am starting to get into the habit of taking it in the workshop to do bits to the car and end up surfing the net instead. I am going to have to make an effort to switch it off.
