ice climbing

just had a session indoor ice climbing in manchester, if it is anybody cup of tea i can recommend it.

you are kitted out in thermals , it is suggested you just wear some ski socks.

ongo the crampons and a couple of ice axes, saftey ropes to instructor. and away you go.

the wall is only 8m high but it is hard work. i did get up the wall a few times including a overhang section, before i lost all the strength in my arms.

further details here.

so that is single seater race car, ice climbing i fancy doing some white water rafting/canoing next

There's a tree down our garden, you can come and climb that if you want You can make yourself useful and take the bowsaw up with you, it's getting a bit tall actually.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

I went with my present potential life partner to Xscape and saw a similar thing - really fancied a go at that and the indoor ski run as well.

Forgot all about it, so thanks for the reminder - I'll give it a shot.

Some people are worried about the difference between right and wrong. I'm worried about the difference between wrong and fun.
