Thanks, but I don't usually get up until lunchtime anyway. (I miss breakfast as part of a calorie controlled diet ).

.... ok my phone says 5:43 but sky and my PC say 4:43 ............ and just to really confuse things teletext says 2:46........ so am i haveing a late night or is it nearly time to get up?

My clock in this room is permanantly set at GMT / ZULU time all year round.

Its so I always get the entries correct in my Radio Amateur logbook.

Sad but true
