if you have offered full refund and apologised then can't say fairer than that. Just one of those things (and idiots!)

Ned.

Got tubs full of grub screws here at work. If you need any to appease this dickhead, let me know (size would be nice too).

He might be trying it on to see if you will reduce the price or even let him have them for free to avoid negative feedback.

I had a woman complain that it was MY fault that a large piece of furniture I sent arrived damaged. I said very clearly on the auction that it would be wrapped well (it was) but because of the size and fragility would have to been sent at the receivers risk only. She was in the Isle of Skye!! Told her to claim from Parcel Force for the damage, she went on and one for about 2 weeks wanting a reduction. She didn't get one, but hasn't left me feedback which is fine by me .....

All this over a blimmin grubscrew???

If you've offered a full refund and an apology whet more can you do? If it gets bad, forward any correspondence on to eSkip and they'll follow it up. By offering a full refund you have shown yourself to be the responsible seller that you are and you can't do much more than that!

Some people buy stuff off there knowing that it's second-hand but expect it to be new.

Marc, you've done nothing wrong, only neg feedback we got was from a Dickhead too whom we also gave a full refund even though there was sod all wrong with the item, we then re listed the item, got more for it and positive feedback from the buyer ?

There is the odd bad apple out there, you found one.

I have some shocks on ebay at the mo, tell me the highest bidder ain't the same guy.....

I'd post him a grub screw and tell him to do as he likes actually, you can reply to his feedback and save his abusive emails to send to ebay. Some people should never be reintegrated into the community.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.

There are some utter dickheads on ebay that redefine the word unreasonable. They feel invincible at the end of a keyboard, I wonder what their behaviour would be if you turned up at their door...

Trouble is a seller you are very expose --- I had one buyer who was truly looney tunes.
I no longer deal with pay pal or sell on ebay.
