Giz a job.....
As of Friday just gone my employers decided they didn't have enough work to keep me fully busy so they let me go.
I have some irons in the fire, but if anyone has any good leads for project/contract work I'd be very grateful.
I'm a degreed mechanical design engineer, experienced in AutoCAD and Soildworks. Solid background in machine design and automation.
I have a reasonably equipped workshop for fabrication/machine/prototype work also.

Cheers guys,
Alan

Cape Canaveral is just up the road, and they're always after rocket scientists like yourself.
Hope things come good, you deserve it.
Cheers,
Syd.

Sorry to hear about the job. I dont have much time for firms that do this right before Xmas.
HUMBUG(ers)..... You should design an overactive Rectal Exerciser fitted with a minature nuclear power plant instead of Duracells, and promptly
demonstrate it using you old boss and his managers as guinea pigs
Hope it doesnt dampen your Xmas spirit too much...
Good Luck with the job hunting.

China?
Looks like it happens all around the globe.
letting the knowlegde and skills flow around. Only to gain more money.
So what will happen as the Chinese folks aren't so cheap anymore?
The Knowledge will be gone by then.
Hope you find a new job soon!
