i find taking photos of cars at either head light level or lower works well

try a cold filter, it has always given me good results with my old film SLR (you might be able to do it in photoshop with a semi-transparent new layer)

I've been told that cars often look better on the end of a long lense. Get some distance and then zoom back in.

Nice pics btw although perhaps a tad too big for posting as they take a while to load up.

A Fuji S5600 from the picture information...

I had the predecessor S5000 for two years whilst travelling and it proved to be very flexible and rugged all within a compact package. Perfect for my needs at the time.

I got myself an EOS 350D last year and take around 50 photos a week now. I find a lot of photography is good composition, patience and a lot of fiddling! A little post processing can do magic for your images but it's not to be relied upon!?

Have fun, and aslong as you are happy with your images then that's all that matters really!

Chris.
