They don't mess about do they?

Just read this on the BBC site. Just think if they had these powers for people selling Christmas hampers over here, the world would probably be a better place.

They did the same thing in Russia a few years back. They considered ripping off the people treason.
If that was the case here, most of the Goverment would be swinging from lamp posts.

The official execution figure for China is 1800per year, about half the global total.

The actual figure is thought by Amnesty International to be in excess of double that.

Doesn't stop people commiting crimes does it!
