Primavera, our planning tool or it would be if anyone could get into it...
We've been locked out or kicked out for days now and none of the IT pratts are even telling us what’s happening. This is costing us a LOT of
money and yet the IT folk I hear don't even come in till 9:30!!
I'm on the redbull again, STRESS!!!

No consolation but ours are as bad. 2 weeks ago email started going 10 times slower than before when working out of the office. Reported and call
closed without comment Asked what was going on and got told, in pretty words, I must be lying as it had always been that bad - WTF. It now
takes 20 seconds (measured) from pressing the new memo button to getting a blank page I can type into!
Best thing to do is work out some high but justifiable cost per day and kick that up to the boss (politely) asking when the problem is likely to be
fixed. Better still if there is a customer deadline that he's going to get nailed for missing.
