I haven't used them personally but have read a fair bit of criticism on them not collecting when they say they will etc.
This may have improved now.

I used them a lot at one point and had good service, then collections were missed, parcels lost, delivered to wrong addresses.
Online only comms. which take an age to answer and don't even think about claiming compo. it never ever happens.
Just my experiences others may have different ones.

I've used them, they're fine provided your parcel is within their limits, outside of this and you pay double.
A much better service can be had from postvan.

Used them twice, with a 50% sucess factor. End of story
Its cheaper to send most stuff via royal mail SP or First class signed for post anyway.

i used them to pick up some parts and i had no probs good service and cheap but ive only use them a few times
