Lockup needed Mitcham, Wallington Croy, Sutton

With my new project "X" looming and lack of a sensible offer for my F1-2, I need a garage to store the car.
It will need to be in an area without speed bumps. Power not required, but would be handy to install a simple alarm system.
If anyone knows of something, plese u2u me.
Alternatively the car is for sale here
