I know a few ppl with it. They reckon When it works and you can get on it its good but often doesnt work and is an arse to get help from them. One
bloke i know thats recently got it, it took them a month to even send him a modem and connect him!

I had it for 3 months then they "upgraded" me to 8mb from 2mb.
Sounds good except some tw*t did not tell the server to accept my ip.
2 months of phone calls to india later I went back to BT. It costs money but at least I can use the internet.
When you ring india they go through a script, but you need another 2nd support line which only they can put you through.
After verifying your account etc, they put you on to 2nd line support. Then you go on hold for another 50 mins before being cut off. My record on
hold was 1hr 26 mins.
Listening to "we have got to get it together" over and over was taking the p*ss
My advice is that you get what you pay for.
When I had a line fault with BT, I spoke to a UK based person and got my line fixed the next day.
Talk Talk need a visit from Al Quiada in my opinion

I've been with them since the start and my only criticism is that they are victims of thier own success. My connection isn't the best but
I think that is due to my local exchange being steam powered.
Like most other companys nowadays, if you have a problem you will spend ages talking to India who will not understand what you really want and just
follow a script (which is very frustrating)
On the whole no real complaints though.
Cheers,
Raz

I've got it and would agree that there can be problems when trying to talk to them, but as long as it works it is great value for money. Have
been a customer almost since they started and moved to the all in package when that was announced - had a line problem that was intermittent and
almost certainly not Talk Talk's fault (my next door neighbour had the same thing at the time and he was just with BT) which got sorted after
listening to "get it together" a few times!
