Rally Design fkuc up

Rant Time: Ordered my spring from Rally Design last friday and give them a different delivery address from mine so i knew sombody would be in to get them. Got in from work last night to a card saying that they tried to deliver them to my address. Called them this morning and they said they would get in touch with courier to tell them. Got home at lunch time to another card, luckily a neighbour was in an took them for me. Opened box to find 2 to differnt front springs,1 9 coils and 1 10 coils Called them again and was asked to send them back at my expense and they would refund costs This was my first order with them. Has anybody else had this trouble?

Was hoping to get the car on its wheels for the weekend

AHHH That feels better

Strange! I've found Rally Design to be really good with equally good customer services.... That's bad luck for a first experience of them....

Today I got something I didn't order or pay for!!! Random bit of a Ford car turned up in the post. Random bit of rubber trim with velcro attachments!! I've checked Ebay and definitely haven't been drink-clicking. Whoever sent it didn't include any info about who they were (I just know from the postmark they're from Shrewsbury).... Very strange....

Never had a problem either, sent back parts no problem and credit note/money back.

I think you are just very unlucky as a 1st time buyer and it is a shame as you will probbaly shop elsewhere, but i would give them a chance too.

Products that prove to be unsuitable may be returned for a refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

• Goods are received by ourselves within 14 days of dispatch
• Items and their packaging are received in a re-saleable condition
• Items are received with a copy of your original invoice, reason for return and return reference number (ring for details)
• Items are returned with the carriage paid

If any of the above conditions are not fulfilled then you may be subject to a 20% handling charge. Rally Design cannot accept any items for return which have been specially ordered or manufactured to your personal specification.

seems fair to me but as the goods are wrongly made they should give you credit on the posting

They've always been great with orders I've put in.

Except once... when they picked up on the postcode of the delivery address... but then obviously just chose the first name that came up against that postcode.

Meaning that it went to one of the other 2000 people that work here!
Fortunately he was honest and tracked me down to give me the goods.

Cheers,
James

Time to edit the title to reflect their handling of the mistake?
