Not good, 2nd numpty day & then...........

Well today is officially my second numpty day in a row. The first one I won't go into, but, suffice to say I just can't for the life of work out the results. No doubt I shall get filled in the next time I see someone. (if they don't see me first. Sorry mate).

Any way, work is dead quite on the taxi's this week and today was dead by 9:00 am. So home I go, couple of hours kip, lunch and cos the wife has now gone back to work I could get me kit car out and do some work.

Job one modify front calipers so that banjo's and bolts will actually do up. Simple. first one done move to second side just reassembling every thing and thinking "hey I could get some brake fluid in this at the weekend. that will be another milestone". When I break the banjo bolt. @%^$&£$%$£"**&^ says I.

So I move onto other jobs. Remove & refit n/s/f top nose mounting bracket. J D .

Next up make fuel pump mounting bracket to fit to back of Diff. J D .

come in, shower, get food preped for making tea, get on internet to order parts from Raldes. (vernier cam pulley & new banjo bolts & washers)

Get right through to final bit of putting card number in (brought parts from the before with the same card.) and then they say SORRY we don't take electron

But they took it last time so I shall have to have a rant tomorrow.

Clive,

Raldes - not answering phone, rings then just switches to open line. They are not getting an order then.

2nd try - Burton. They don't take electron then they just hang up on me rather than try other methods. Snotty email sent and a lost customer.

3rd try. Demon tweeks yep not a problem do it over the phone for you now sir so they get an order for £120 inc postage today. Might cost more but customer service is everything today. Oh and part of the order is a vernier cam pulley, hence value high.

Bits will be here Tuesday so might have brakes working by next weekend.
