You'll need to change your name from Aboardman to Chris Boardman.

WHY DO IT IN THE GYM WHEN YOU HAVE LOVELY COUNTRY OUTSIDE AND IT'S FREE?
I've got to do a stage race on Fri, going to be torture! 20km Fri then 105km everyday until Tues.
If you pull this is off seriously get into racing! It's the most addictive thing ever!

I had the BC Calendar on my desk and work it out from the dates you gave.
Love the idea of a 5 day for 3rd/2nds cats! Not sure about paying $72 though!

well done the first 2 stages
stage 1 was a spin class so just need a tick on the box to show you have done it.
stage 2 just completed a 35k ride level 4 in 59min 50 seconds.
somebody has done it in 54min but i am second on the leader board.
which i am well happy with as it was quicker than a instructor that i know, and so have taken great pleasure in texting the instructor, his girlfriend
and every one else who knows him to let them know he has been beaten by a 37 year old over weight (according to the charts) pizza loving person.

As others have said... get yourself outside. all that nice scenery... and you wont have to look at all those overweight sweaty people at the gym
i try to cycle to, and from work as often as i can. its a 20mile round trip, so its enough to keep me fit, but it doesnt take too long

i will get a bike and go outside, but i enjoy the gym in the morning, i go on the way to work, get changed at the gym for work even have breakfast.
reason i go in the morning is that only me can stop me going as nobody is going to phone me up to do jobs, nothing to watch on tv, allows me to work
on my mini restoration and play forza 2 in the evening.
I could cycle to work but sometimes need the car for site vists and also no where to shower at work. (Local planning regulation make you put in bike
shelters for people to cycle to work but you do not have to make provision to allow to get changed afterwards apart from the toilets.)
