Anglesey Trackday Video

As promised a while back, here's a link to some video we got a few days ago at Anglesey. Vid was shot in widescreen and google has squished it but you get the idea!

Yeah, there's lots of runoff everywhere. The track is great, super smooth, grippy, and IIRC, 12m wide. Still nothing in the way of garages or improved facilities but there's always the burger van You lot should have a superb time buzzing around there.

Driven it twice now, coastal and national layouts.... The Corkscrew is mental!!!!!

Phase 2 of the project will see 10 garages and a control tower race admin centre. The only thing the circuit needs now is curbing.

For myself I liked it without curbs. It made you respect the edge of the track and experiment with lines a lot. For trackday purposes however it's a nightmare. Numpties overcooking it everywhere and bringing crud onto the track. There were a few stone:helmet incidents on the day.

Nah, pit entrance It's tight and people really have to slow down, you have no choice but to go by them on the right.
