changing ford orion clutch (diesel) how easy is it
the boys clutch went to day hoping to help out and change it while hes away

only ever changed old school fords capri"s ect

and if you do pull the shafts out,make sure you poke summat through the diff or it falls to bits and shags the box when you start it up again

Only done petrols but if you support the engine and remove the passenger side driveshaft by undoing the bottom ball joint (put a plug in the hole, piece of brush handle built up with tape or the diff bearing can fall out of place) you can move the gearbox out of the way when the mount is undone and get at the clutch.
