a cautionery tale

i was just finishing n my shift this evening when my kid brother turns up on his bike 07 Aprilia Tuono after a bit of a chat he says do you want a go, well it would be rude not too would'nt it i mean how much trouble could you get into on an industrial estate at 8.45 pm in the evening
so i set off up the hill from work and straight into a police ambush
seems they were after the local chavs who use the top of the estate as a test track and drugs den.
So the officer asks me if its mine etc so i explain its my brothers and the temptation to give it a spin was too great to which he replied i can see why its a nice bike but you better push it back seeing as you have no helmet or insurance. i have'nt felt that feeling since standing outside the headmasters office over 25 years ago
anyway to give the officer his due he was great about it and after issueing me with a form saying if i do it again in the next year iwill get an asbo or a fine he left me and my bro in peace
so if you are tempted in the future to just nip round the block etc just make sure your legal or don't get caught

Big rich age 38 and 3/4 who should know better

What a descent copper!

We took our running Indy chassis complete with engine, fuel tank, 1 seat and not alot else up the road on Xmas day.... only for there to be a patrol car at the top of the road!...
Luckily they were inside having their Xmas Dinner! but its about the first time in 10 years we'd ever seen a patrol car down our way.

i changed my insurance from one car to another. the insurance place said that there computers went down on the day i phoned. but i got pulled over and got done for no insurance and the police had my car off me and i had to walk back home.then the insurance sent me a letter to say i did have insurance and refuned the £150 it cost me to get the car back.and i didnt get any points. the police where very helpful after. but not when i got pulled over lol.
