navman upgrading

hi,

i have a navman icn 330, its works really well etc but i would like to be able to search full postcodes, this is one of its irratating features you can only search for the first 4 or 5 characters, is it possible for it to be upgraded for it to acheive this? also is it possible to get some updated maps for this as well?
