Erbauer power tools - is this a Screwfix brand?
Looking at getting a circular saw and this Erbauer model from Screwfix looks to be a good balance of price and features etc.

Am I right in assuming that Erbauer is a Screwfix brand as I can't find the brand for sale anywhere else?
Als, has anyone had any experience with this brand?

I use an erbauer 18V cordless drill/driver at work, it's really good and has a 2 or 3 year warranty.

I've got an Erbauer angle grinder. Happily chopped a mini into small chunks without breaking a sweat.
I'm happy with it.

yes it seems screwfix are the only importers of Erbauer,
i bought a heavy duty router a year ago with a standard 1/2 collet,
makes mincemeat of any timber or mdf i've used it on with decent cutters,
only problem was the length of time it takes to get spares or accessories, i needed the small 1/4 collet for some of the cutters i had,
you have to contact screwfix get the contact number for the importers and order the part from them,
it took about three weeks for the 1/4 collet to turn up,
other than that it's a solid piece of kit,
I'm to old to live and to young to die --- buggerit

I used an 18v drill to build my whole car - no probs so far.
Pat...
No trees were killed in the sending of this message.
However a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced.

my dad is in the trade and has said that they are ok but if going
to be used alot then said go for the ryobi cat number 82704-87 at £69.99
he has lots of people working for him and they say that the ryobi
is better and last longer

Erbauer use Mabuchi motors and metal gears and are pretty robust tools, not like the £20 cheapos from B&Q.
