THE BEAST LIVES!
2 years since the pile of metal arrived in the garage and the car drives!
Been out of the garage, up the path, turn on the road and back. 100 yds and it started and stopped more or less to plan. Nothing fell off and nothing
blew up. (Felt very low to the ground though).
I am officially a car builder!
Pics tomorrow and SVA in 4 weeks!

It's such a scary event, isn't it?
Even more is the drive to the SVA - What if t breaks down? What if something drops off? Have I remembered everything? etc., etc.
Just gets better and better from this point now - well done..

Thanks for the encouragement - just had a lookat the file and realise its been 4 years to get to this!
Still think its worth it though
