Flywheel weight

what is the rough weight and dimensions of a pinto/cvh/xflow flywheel?

im building an electric race car in school and im trying to make a KERS for it using a car flywheel,

i could do with knowing the dimensions and weight of the average flywheel to work out how fast it should spin to hold the energy required,

whats the going rate for a flywheel at a breakers?

cvh 1.8 is about 6.5 kg. I can measure the size if you want.
