Rover 216 - Which Oil

Can anyone point me to a 'recommended lubricants' list as I cant find what oil is suitable for a 1995 Rover 216SLI ( Honda engine).

Officially for UK use any decent semi-synthetic 10w/40 to CCMC G4 spec
Mobile 1 0w/40 as is Fina 5w/40 is also on official Rover list so any quality 0w/40 or 5w/40 would also be OK.

Gearbox oil should be Rover/Unipart/Xpart MTF but you can us any non-hypoid 75w/80 or ATF fot top up.
