Watched Fiji last week from a sunny stand in Montpellier. Pity they didnt play that well then!!!

Welsh/Fijian match has to be one of the best games Ive seen since the last RWC final!

I would laugh but I know we're going to get an absolute spanking from the Aussies next week. We may have beaten Tonga last night but at times it was schoolboy standard rugby, a good side will tear us apart if we carry on like that

I was so wanting Scotand to win last night. Towards the end i was screaming at the TV - and im not even Scottish. I reckon they put up a great fight and were a touch unlucky in the end.

Looking forward to England stuffing France now and the Argies beating SA (could be wishful thinking!!!). An England vs Argie final would make good telly.

Have to say its all been good telly, except for some of the refereeing whish has been dire IMO.

Yeah, twas but a momentary lapse in confidence on my part Although I did say 'if we carry on like that', which we clearly didn't

I do distinctly remember writing on here before it all started that we'd just about scrape though the pool stage, put in a corking performance in the first knockout round and then go out the next game, as is the English way. But of course, now it's disappeared just to make me look silly
