At least the grass doesn't grow as quick.

You're joking aren't you? My grass has grown 3" since it was cut last week!

What are you all arsing about in the garden for?
Quieter roads, clean crisp air and it's not raining - what else do you need for a good drive?

Been out twice today - first we went up to Diss to meet up with the local kit car club - grand day out. Total of 60-odd miles, which was nice,
especially as my car loves the cool Autumn weather.
Got back, had some food, and decided that the weather was too nice to waste, so went back out for a short trip around one of my favourite back-road
routes. Not fast, just enjoying the fresh air & scenery - too many horse-riders around to allow fast driving.
Nice day for it...

My roses are still flowering, which is the third set they've had this year. I would go and drive, but my head's a bit sore from last night
still.
Oh, and the car's still broken.

A rotary mower (with the grassbox fitted) makes a great hoover for picking up leaves from a lawn......
