Topgear young viewers!

Kids got up early today so sit down and watch a bit of TV before school. My son is 7 and daughter 11, they check out Freeview channels and what do they pick...? Turbo Mega Robots? Milkshake? Cartoon Crap?....No Topgear rerun! Howls of laughter as the team buy old cars and get on with general stupid things. Best thing once it finishes they start watching a recording of the last show from Sunday.

Looks like we've got too new future members...I better not let them watch Wreck Rescue or I'll end up with an old Frogeye in the garage with a blown K series....now there's a thought.

My son has even started taking the pee out of the local chav Pinto/Nova/Saxo boys.

The wife had a week off work last week.

I popped home for dinner expecting her to be doing her cleaning duties and the lazy bitch told me she had just watched 2 hours of Top Gear.

She then tried to make conversation about the Exige and helicopter episode.

She still wants rid of the mac1 so she can have an Exige

I love those little Frog Eye Sprites and hope to have one one day. The pedal area will have to be modified for my big feet but nowt's impossible.

I think my 9 year old is getting interested in cars as he helped me in the garage last Sunday. The 11 year old is 'not bovered!'

1 out of 2 aint bad

I presume you mean Supercharged when you say "blown K series"

I love frogeyes, I think I may have mentioned it once or twice. A nice standard one would be fine for me though or a fibreglass replica with something a bit more modern.

yours, Pete

I went into the RSPCA office the other day. It was so small you could hardly swing a cat in there.
