LDV 03 convoy

as per title i have a ldv convoy with the ford duratec engine
just a couple of questions if any one knows

what gearbox is fitted ie ford or ldv ?

how do you bleed the clutch slave cylinder its a plastic type with a sort of bleed nipple but its not threaded

Some modern clutch hydraulic system come as an assembly pre bled with the master cylinder, slave cylinder and the connecting pipe

Its a ford box matey. MT75 i think.

To bleed the clutch theres a nipple of the slave. U pull the clip out holding the pipe in. Dont pull it right out. This allows the pipe to be pulled half out without coming all the way. Push the clip back it. That opens the bleed nipple. Then pump the peddle as normal and push pipe back in when all the air has gone. Job done. They can be a biatch to get all the air out. Iv done loads of them. The slave pops the seals and the piston out.

Why do you need to bleed it?

Have the problem of bite point altering from mid way up the pedal stroke to been right at the top reckon the disc is sticking on the input splines and while looking wondered how you bleed the damn thing and the damn thing is plastic how cheap is that mind you it matches the rest of the vehicle
