Its what the fire brigade use. Jaws of life. They have a silly amount of hydraulic pressure.

Poor sod. Looks well painfull.

Yeah, but due to continual cuts by the Government, most are being taken away from local (retained) stations!

Looks like the holmatro combi tool to me, although the colour is not orange enough.
They operate at 720 bars hydraulic pressure and can cut with a force of around 25T
