How many miles on a trailer?
In its short life, the Phoenix has covered many miles without turning a wheel, on my trailer. It has been to Paignton to have an exhaust system made,
to Sparkford to the Haynes Test track, to my mechanic friend to check it over, to the painters to collect the bonnet(the only way to transport the
bonnet was to fit it to the car)and tomorrow it is going to Plymouth to Alan Jeffery's to have the emissions set up on his rolling road. After
that there is SVA....
I just wondered if any others have spent a fair amount of time trailering around their builds.

Only one trip of 4 miles to the exhaust manifold man on a trailer, came back on the back of a mates flatbed.
Post SVA it's a different story, done miles and miles on the back of AA tow trucks!

Mines been from mine to sudbury to have the an exhaust bit made up buy a very friendly chap. Probably 50 60 miles round trip. Then to my work where
it lve for a couple of weeks while i was fettling. 35 miles round trip and a couple of trips to my mums driveway while i was doing my patio then
moving house. probably 7 miles.
So thats 90 odd miles on a trailer. I reckon ive driven it about 3 maybe 4 miles. If you count when i collected the chassis then that 180 ish
miles round trip at least.
Itl be going to eye airfield in the not to distant future for a test and setup before sva. That wil be another 50 miles round trip. Then to sva in
norwich maybe on a trailer maybe following my mate towing my trailer just incase. Havent decided yet.
